This camp can be a sportsman's paradise or the perfect place for a romantic getaway along some of the most pristine landscape in New England. This property was the location of a sporting camp in years' past and has been completely modernized, making it excellent for a trip to Maine's largest lake without giving up any amenities. This area is known for it's unbeatable landlocked salmon and lake trout fishing. It is impossible to not unwind from the craziness of life while enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch watching the wildlife cruise the river. Within a 25 minute drive you can access a grocery store, hospital, and many dining options. To the north is the gateway to the North Maine Woods. Here moose and deer sightings are very common in the dusk and dawn hours. If you are up for a scenic drive, the Quebec border is less than one hour away. For those looking to enjoy a change of pace and relaxation, this is the spot! Included with any stay is free use of one space at the dock out front of the cabin to use as boat or jet ski storage during your trip. The couch also pulls out into a bed for extra sleeping space if needed.
